The skin is one of the organs that more aesthetic consequences suffers during the pregnancy, even these can be irreparable. This is why special care to the skin play a key role in the prevention.
But don't be alarmed, because the experts have prepared a series of tips that will allow you to take care of your skin, prepare it for the changes you will face, and to prevent that some appear and make it look healthy and in shape.
The skin of the face is the most exposed to the environment and therefore harmful agents. This is why cleaning is essential, you must do it daily with a product specifically developed for this purpose. After cleaning, you can apply a daily mask or relaxing a you to luminosity, leave act for ten minutes and remove it. Applied after a moisturizer of day.
You have to be careful when choosing a cream, because some contain active ingredients contraindicated for the pregnancy, such as: retinol, acids, some skin lightening, essential oils, and some algae.
