- Start by changing your cup of coffee for a cup that contains half tablespoon of decaf and half caffeine.
- If you drink heavily loaded, reduced the concentration of caffeine.
- On the other hand, if what you like is the tea, you can take it any more simple to reduce the amount of caffeine.
- When you have accustomed, you can add to your milk any flavoring of coffee, so that you consume calcium and at the same time enjoy the taste. So you will not have problems between caffeine and fertility in your body.
